Weekend bookings (min 2 nights - Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday) $3000 plus $1000 for each additional night
Midweek bookings $1000 per night
All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance is due 21 days before first day of stay. If the full payment is not received within 14 days of booking, the owner may deem the booking cancelled and retain the deposit.
A $1500 security deposit must be paid at check-in via a credit card authorisation or cash deposit.
Reservations cancelled with at least 21 days notice will receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled within 2 - 21 days of stay will receive a 50% refund
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of stay will not be refunded
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Rubbish is to be left in the bins provided, all dishes are to be cleaned and furniture is to be left where it is placed.
Additional entertaining (extra guests) only by prior approval
Any breakages or spills, please leave a note & anything major may be charged via deduction from the security deposit.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please extinguish cigarettes in the ashtrays provided outside & take extra care during the hot, dry summer months.
